How It Works

1. Consultation
   Quick in-office or virtual visit to confirm you’re a good candidate.
2. Enroll Online
   Join through our secure Forever Aligned Club (FAC) portal.
   (A virtual financial appointment may also be scheduled to answer any final questions if you did not have a consult.)
3. 3D Digital Scan
   Photos, X-rays (if needed), and a 3D scan of your teeth.
4. Get Your Aligners
   Custom aligners are created just for you.
   (Attachments added if needed, usually scheduled at your first delivery appointment.)
5. Start Treatment
   • Wear each aligner for 2 weeks
   • Receive 2 sets at a time (to be picked up in office)
6. Virtual Check-Ins
   Easy online monitoring—no frequent office visits.
7. Continue as Needed
   We send new aligners as long as you want to improve your smile.
8. Finish Anytime
   When you’re happy:
   • Stop treatment
   • Receive retainers
