How It Works: (After initial consultation)

Join through our secure Forever Aligned Club (FAC) portal - 3D Digital Scan
Photos, X-rays (if needed), and a 3D scan of your teeth will be scheduled once you enroll in the program. - Aligner Delivery Appointment
Custom aligners are created just for you and seated at your initial aligner appointment.
(attachments added if needed and usually scheduled at your first delivery appointment) - Start Treatment
• You will receive 2 sets of aligners at a time (to be picked up in office)
• Wear each aligner for 2 weeks - Virtual Check-Ins
We will monitor your progress with scheduled virtual appointments and photos with our Grin scope monitoring program — no frequent in-office visits - Continue as Needed
We send new aligners as long as you want to improve your smile - Finish Anytime
When you’re happy:
* Stop treatment after a 4 month required treatment period — (a 30 day notice is required)
* Schedule an in-office visit to have your attachments removed and a final scan of your teeth
* Order your discounted retainers through your FAC membership.
