Forever Aligned Club Custom Fit Products
Our Perfect Fit Guarantee prevents the Shift and allows us to Straighten your teeth and keep them straight forever. If your custom fit product Is not a perfect fit, we will need to be notified within the 30 days of receiving it. Forever Aligned Club will make you a new one at no cost to you to resolve the issue. If at any time you decide that Aligners are not for you, you will be refunded minus the shipping and manufacturing cost within the First 30 days. That refund will be dependent on how many aligners were ordered at the time of purchase.
No refunds will be given after 30 days on any product.
If you receive damaged or broken products, Forever Aligned Club will replace the item at no cost to you within 30 days of the initial purchase. Forever Aligned Club cares about our members and will always strive to be the best. We promise to always provide you with superb customer service that is second to none.

Return Process
Please remember that these steps are for approved returns only:
- Pack your unused product in their original bags, and ship back to Forever Aligned Club
- Contact our customer service team at 1-800-906-6124 to initiate the return process.
- You will receive your approved refund once we receive the product.
- Use a trackable carrier like USPS, FedEx or UPS. Forever Aligned Club cannot issue a refund without shipping verification if the product is lost in transit.
