We’re committed to providing retainers that fit comfortably and meet our high standards of quality. If you experience a concern with the fit or craftsmanship of your retainer, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our team will evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, repair, replace, or refund your retainer at our discretion. Because each retainer is custom-made, refunds are not available for damage caused by wear, misuse, improper care, or changes in your teeth after delivery.
Refund Policy
- Concerns must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds apply only to verified manufacturing defects or fit issues that cannot be reasonably corrected.
- Custom-made retainers that have been worn, damaged, discolored, altered, or improperly cared for are not eligible for a refund.
- Changes in tooth alignment after the impression or scan, or after delivery, are not considered manufacturing defects.
- Forever Aligned Club reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including adjustment, replacement, store credit, or refund.
